Join Our Preschool Team
Seeking a SEND-Savvy Superstar for Our Small, Supportive Team
Could You Be the Missing Piece in Our Preschool Puzzle?
Are you passionate about making a real difference to the lives of young children, especially those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? Do you thrive on variety, teamwork, and a bit of light-hearted fun in your workday? Then we want to hear from you
The Role
We're on the lookout for a wonderful new team member to join us three days a week in our friendly preschool. You'll work closely with children who have Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), and you'll be a key player in supporting their needs.
· Develop and deliver strategies and interventions alongside our fabulous SENDCO
· Work hand-in-hand with our in-house speech and language therapist
· Collaborate with external agencies such as the area SENCO and Portage – we do love a good team-up
· No two days are ever the same – boredom simply isn't on the agenda
Why Us?
We're a small, tight-knit team who believe teamwork makes the dream work. You'll be supported, encouraged, and given plenty of opportunity for professional development, progression, and training. We're serious about making a difference, but we don't take ourselves too seriously – laughter is positively encouraged
What We're Looking For
· Experience working with preschool children, especially those with SEND
· Enthusiasm, creativity, and a dash of patience
· A willingness to share ideas and learn new skills
· Ready to pitch in and support your teammates
· Level 3 early years education and childcare qualification or equivalent
· Preferably a formal qualification relevant to preschool children with SEN and willingness to complete level 3 SENDCO qualification.
The Perks
· Competitive wage (because you deserve it)
· Opportunities for growth and learning
· A genuinely supportive working environment
· Cups of tea, biscuit breaks, and plenty of smiles
How to Apply
If you're ready to join a team where every day brings something new, and you can help us create magical learning experiences for our preschoolers – especially those who need that little bit extra – please ask for an application pack. We can't wait to meet you
