  • Lead the delivery of the Kingston cluster marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities and guest segmentation insights.
  • Develop and oversee annual communication and activation plans, ensuring relevance, impact, and consistency across venues.
  • Own the pre-booked and corporate sales strategy across the cluster, supporting commercial growth and local partnerships.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Directly manage and coach the venue-based Channel Marketing Managers, fostering high performance and personal development.

  • Review and manage the cluster marketing budget in collaboration with the Operations Manager, ensuring investment is directed for maximum ROI.
  • Provide final sign-off for all venue marketing plans to ensure alignment with overarching cluster objectives and brand compliance.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years' experience managing a team of marketing or sales professionals, ideally within the late-night or hospitality sector.
  • Strong understanding of local marketing execution, brand alignment, and sales-driving promotional strategy.
  • Demonstrated experience managing budgets, KPIs, and operational planning.
