Duties

  • Prepare and dispense prescribed medications accurately, following all relevant legal and safety guidelines
  • Assist pharmacists with medication administration and patient consultations as required
  • Maintain precise records of dispensed medicines and patient interactions in accordance with data protection policies
  • Manage stock levels, including ordering, receiving, and organising pharmaceutical supplies
  • Provide excellent patient care by answering queries and offering guidance on medication usage
  • Ensure the pharmacy environment adheres to health and safety standards at all times
  • Support administrative tasks such as processing prescriptions and updating patient information

Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a pharmacy technician or dispenser is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of medication administration procedures and pharmacy software systems
  • Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to speak multiple languages, especially Hindi and Urdu, would be an added bonus
  • A recognised qualification in pharmacy services or related field is advantageous but not essential for entry-level candidates.
