We have an exciting development opportunity for someone wishing to further their career in childcare. There is a vacancy for a Senior Early Years Educator at our setting at Redesdale in Wallsend. This is a full-time post (35 hours, all year round over 4 or 5 days) and the successful candidate will be responsible for leading one of the rooms within the setting (0-2yrs, 2-3yrs or 3-4yrs).

This would be an ideal opportunity to take the first step into a management role within a childcare setting. Previous experience caring for children under two in a busy childcare setting is desirable. Previous experience in a senior role is not essential as full training and support will be provided. Your experience may not align perfectly with every requirement, but if you're confident you can bring value to this role, we welcome your application.
