Job Overview

We are looking for an efficient and reliable person to join our friendly warehouse team as a Picker & Packer. You'll ensure that products are accurately packed and prepared for shipment so this role does require good attention to detail, the ability to perform some moderate heavy lifting (up to 25kg) and a commitment to maintain quality control throughout the packing process.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately pick, pack and label products for shipment according to order specifications.
  • Load and unload goods from lorries, ensuring safe handling and storage of materials.
  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed for efficient materials handling.
  • Help to maintain an organised workspace, adhering to warehouse management systems for inventory tracking.
  • Conduct quality control checks on products before packing to ensure they meet company standards.
  • Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, including verifying incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Perform stocking duties to replenish inventory levels as required.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals while maintaining safety protocols.
