Senior Product Manager - £90,000-£100,000 + Bonus + Shares - London (Hybrid)

Uneek have partnered with a global technology company to support them in their search for a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of delivering a key project. They're looking for someone to lead the go-to-market and packaging strategy for a suite of CRM and Billing solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Own the go-to-market strategy for an integrated portfolio of Billing and CRM products.
  • Translate complex product capabilities into clear business outcomes and market value.
  • Partner closely with Product Management, Sales, and CX leaders to drive growth and adoption.
  • Lead competitive positioning, packaging, and messaging across the product suite.
  • Work hands-on with CRM and Billing platforms to understand functionality and shape positioning.

About You

  • Experience in energy utilities.
  • Strong understanding of Customer Experience, CRM, and Call Centre operations.
  • Exposure to Billing systems, pricing, or rate design.
  • Working knowledge of platforms such as Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented mindset with strong cross-functional communication skills.
  • Comfortable getting hands-on installing, configuring, and experimenting with software.
  • Background in Product Management in a technology or utilities context.
