We are looking for a reliable and flexible Cleaning Floating Staff Member to join our team. This role provides cover and support across multiple sites, filling in for regular cleaning staff during holidays, sickness, or busy periods. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, trustworthy, and able to maintain high cleaning standards wherever they are assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out general cleaning duties
  • Attend different work locations as scheduled by management.
  • Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
  • Cleaning restrooms, staff areas, and public spaces
  • Emptying bins and managing waste
  • Sanitising touchpoints and high-traffic areas
  • Replenishing cleaning supplies and consumables
  • Ensure all areas meet company hygiene and presentation standards.
  • Report any maintenance or safety issues to location management
  • Provide excellent service and maintain a professional attitude at all times.

Requirements:

  • Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential (training provided).
  • Must be flexible and willing to work at different locations as needed.
  • Reliable with good timekeeping and attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to transport (desirable but not required).
