Housing Options Quality Officer

About the role

The Housing Options Service is looking to recruit 2 x Housing Options Quality Officers on Fixed Term Contract basis lasting 12 months. This is an exciting role which includes assisting frontline homelessness officers to prevent and relieve homelessness. You will work directly with homeless people obtaining information, giving routine advice, requesting documentation and updating personal housing plans.

Enthusiasm and strong motivation to work within the Housing Options Service, as well as a 'can-do' attitude are key. Having the right calibre of people with the right attitude is essential in providing homeless people with the services they require.
