This is an exciting time for us as we expand our Treatment Process Engineering team, with opportunities available across multiple levels—from Process Engineer to Principal Engineer. These roles can be based at either our Coventry office (
Finham)
or Derby site
(Raynesway).
The Asset Planning Treatment team plays a vital role in delivering the best outcomes for the business by driving strategic and tactical investment planning. Acting as a central hub for technical knowledge and direction, the team ensures the right design choices are made and successfully delivered on site. Their work transforms informed decisions into real-world solutions across water and wastewater treatment, helping shape a more sustainable future.

As part of the team, you'll be key to selecting and delivering the optimal process solutions for capital projects—from initial concept through to commissioning. You'll work collaboratively to identify innovative and reliable technologies that meet our goals for whole-life cost, carbon impact, operability, and process risk. This role offers a clear development pathway, giving you the opportunity to grow your expertise in water and wastewater treatment while working closely with teams across Severn Trent to become a true technical specialist.
