The Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Bar Staff to join our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for great service, an eye for detail, and the ability to create a welcoming experience for every guest — whether they're enjoying an aperitivo before dinner or finishing the night with a cocktail or espresso.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a wide range of drinks, wines, beers, coffees, and soft drinks.
  • Maintain the bar area to high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Provide friendly, attentive service to all guests, ensuring a warm and professional experience.
  • Support the restaurant team during busy periods, including taking drink orders at tables when needed.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and restocking supplies.
  • Handle cash and card payments accurately.
  • Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards.

About You

  • Previous experience in a bar, pub, or restaurant environment preferred but not essential — training provided.
  • A positive attitude, good communication skills, and a strong sense of teamwork.
  • Well-presented, professional, and punctual.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.44-£13.24 per hour
