We're looking for a skilled
Buyer
/
Senior Buyer
to join our team supporting a major nuclear infrastructure programme in West Cumbria. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in a high-profile, dynamic environment.

What you'll do:

  • Manage procurement activities for projects, ensuring best value and compliance.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute procurement strategies for goods, services, and works.
  • Support contract negotiations, risk management, and cost control.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in procurement, ideally within engineering, construction, or nuclear sectors.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of procurement regulations, contracts, and frameworks.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach, with excellent attention to detail.
