Overview

Reporting into the Group Head of Pricing and Transformation, you will play a key role in the commercial group. You will have the opportunity to directly influence the pricing transformation plan within the business and to be part of an exciting high impact pricing transformation program and team. We are open to UK-based candidates who appreciates working from the office at least once pew week (London). We offer 1-year contract that may be extended based on the performance.

The Role

  • Support on a large-scale transformation project. Collaborating with regional pricing managers and cross functional project team by assisting with the planning, execution, and monitoring of project activities within the group pricing plan.
  • Assist with data analysis to forecast and set pricing transformation KPIs at country level, track, and report on pricing impact within the project.
  • Support with ensuring smooth execution and successful delivery of the transformation project objectives on schedule and within scope.
  • PMO role for pricing projects, including transformation initiatives with support in Creation and maintenance of project documentation, including reports, presentations, and other materials required for meetings and decision-making.
  • Assist with the implementation of enhancements within the global Pricing Playbook, PriceOne project, and Business-as-Usual (BAU) processes.
  • Compile data and create materials for monthly pricing meetings.
  • Provide ad-hoc analytical support for pricing projects at both global and regional levels and assist on BAU global pricing activities.

Qualifications / Experience

  • Data analysis skills including strong Excel and at least basic SQL.
  • Data visualization skills including Power bi or relevant.
  • Strong interpersonal and written & oral communication skills.
  • Excellent project management skills and time management ability driving large projects forward.
  • Entrepreneurial, curious, and naturally operates with drive and urgency.
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative subject (Finance, Engineering, Marketing etc.) is preferred.
  • Some pricing experience is preferred.
