London, Greater London, United Kingdom SharkNinja Full time £35,000 - £55,000 per year

About Us

SharkNinja is a global product design and technology company, with a diversified portfolio of 5-star rated lifestyle solutions that positively impact people's lives in homes around the world. Powered by two trusted, global brands, Shark and Ninja, the company has a proven track record of bringing disruptive innovation to market, and developing one consumer product after another has allowed SharkNinja to enter multiple product categories, driving significant growth and market share gains. Headquartered in Needham, Massachusetts with more than 3,600+ associates, the company's products are sold at key retailers, online and offline, and through distributors around the world.

About the Role

As an Associate Product Developer within the Ninja Product Development team, you'll help shape product experiences across the UK and Europe. You'll be the voice of the European consumer — understanding their needs, the competitive landscape, and retailer expectations — ensuring our products deliver a 5-star experience from concept through launch. This is a role for someone curious, collaborative, and excited to learn fast in a dynamic, growth-driven environment.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Supporting the development and launch of new Ninja products across the UK and mainland Europe.

  • Conducting consumer and market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive insights.

  • Collaborating with global and cross-functional teams to communicate product priorities and ensure alignment.

  • Providing real-time feedback on product prototypes and build stages to influence product performance and user experience.

  • Planning and executing validation activities across European markets.

  • Developing product support assets such as in-box collateral, FAQs, how-to videos, troubleshooting content, and internal knowledge tools.

  • Ensuring product data accuracy and documentation in systems such as PARF, PIS, and Salsify.

  • Helping ensure products meet cost targets while delivering on experience.

  • Maintaining clear program documentation to support a smooth transition post-launch to Customer Excellence teams.

What You'll Bring
  • 1+ year of experience in product development or product marketing, ideally within consumer goods.

  • A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Marketing, Management, Communications, or similar.

  • A consumer-first mindset with a strong desire to build products that solve real needs and deliver delight.

  • Confidence working in a high-growth, fast-moving environment with changing priorities.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills across teams and levels.

  • A willingness to learn quickly — seeing iteration, feedback, and even failure as part of the process.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful in managing information and timelines.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as independently when needed.
