About The Role
We're embarking on a major transformation programme to digitalise our procurement processes end-to-end. As our
Programme Change Manager
, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding our organisation through this journey-from announcement to implementation-ensuring change is embedded, sustained, and embraced across the business.

You'll be joining at a critical moment as we tender for a new software solution and implementation partner. Reporting to the Programme Lead and working alongside the Systems Manager, you'll be part of a core team responsible for leading the change journey for our procurement function and wider organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead change management across a large-scale Source-to-Pay transformation programme.
  • Assess current processes and map future states to support business readiness.
  • Engage stakeholders across all levels to ensure alignment and adoption.
  • Develop and deliver change deployment plans, training, and coaching.
  • Monitor change effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Coordinate change agents and support local adoption.
  • Collaborate with the Transformation Office and Change Centre of Excellence.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in leading large-scale transformation programmes.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles (ADKAR, Prosci, etc.).
  • Empathy and focus on end-user experience.
  • Ability to coach and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in digital delivery and system implementations.
  • Ideally, knowledge of Source-to-Pay procurement processes.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and strategic thinking skills.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Change Management certification (e.g. CMI).
  • Project/Programme Management qualifications (e.g. PMP, APM, PRINCE2).
  • Experience in water industry, fleet management, or facilities change programmes.

Package
This role will be full time Monday to Friday with a hybrid approach to working between our Durrington office and home.
