What You'll Be Doing

  • Handling day-to-day administrative tasks, including invoicing, tracking payments, and sending shortfall letters.
  • Supporting directors and the practice manager with patient bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling.
  • Coordinating diaries for surgeons and anaesthetists, scheduling appointments, follow-ups, and any necessary referrals or investigations.
  • Preparing and transcribing clinical letters and documents with accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Communicating with patients, consultants, and hospital partners to keep everything running efficiently.
  • Playing a key role in maintaining smooth clinical operations by completing administrative processes accurately and on time.

  • Familiarity with hospital systems, clinic bookings, or operating theatre scheduling.
  • Previous experience typing or transcribing clinical correspondence.
