We are delighted to collaborate with a highly-regarded secondary school in Kingston, actively seeking a dedicated and inspiring Mathematics Teacher to join their exceptional Mathematics department. This full-time, permanent position offers a unique platform to cultivate a love for mathematics and guide students towards success in this essential subject.

Position Overview:

The successful candidate will be instrumental in delivering a comprehensive and engaging Mathematics curriculum to students across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5. The role entails fostering a dynamic and inclusive learning environment that encourages critical thinking, problem-solving, and a confident approach to mathematical concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver captivating Mathematics lessons that align with the national curriculum and the school's educational ethos.
  • Create a stimulating classroom atmosphere that promotes student engagement and participation.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to facilitate individual growth.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the Mathematics department and across the school to enrich the learning experience.
  • Stay abreast of current pedagogical approaches and educational best practices in Mathematics teaching.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics or a closely related field.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Demonstrated experience teaching Mathematics at the secondary level.
