Job Title: Adult Social Work - Mental Health Review Team
Location: Rochdale
Rate: £30.00
An exciting job role has recently become available at the Rochdale Metropolitan Borough Council. They are looking for a new member for their Mental health Review Team.
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating the requirements of individual service users and their caregivers for social care services. This includes conducting crisis and risk evaluations, crafting personalized support plans based on assessed needs and budgetary considerations, and promoting the utilization of direct payments for individuals to manage their care independently while offering or guiding them towards necessary support. You will also identify and address the needs of vulnerable individuals at risk of significant harm, respecting the autonomy of those with decision-making capacity. Additionally, you will cultivate and enhance cooperative partnerships with various agencies, both public and independent, to uphold the principles of collaborative work as outlined in "Working Together."

Qualifications and Experiences:
To be eligible for this role, you must have Social Work England registration and be eligible to work in the UK. Additionally, you need to hold a full UK driving licence and possess post-qualified experience. A degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work is also required.
