The
Group Tax Manager
will play a pivotal role in driving tax compliance, reporting, and strategic planning across eight countries. You'll work closely with the Group Finance Director, take the lead on all tax-related matters, and be a key voice in futureproofing the group's structure and efficiency.
The Group Tax Manager will:
– Lead group-wide tax compliance and reporting, including outsourced provider oversight
– Develop and refine global tax strategy, transfer pricing, and anti-hybrid policies
– Contribute to M&A structuring, financing, and Pillar 2 implementation
– Act as the internal subject-matter expert, advising senior leadership
– Keep the group ahead of tax legislation changes across multiple jurisdictions
You will need:
– Certified or Chartered Tax Adviser (or equivalent) qualification
– 5+ years' experience in tax leadership within a multinational setting
– Proven strength in corporate tax planning, indirect tax, and reporting
– Confidence advising senior stakeholders in a private equity-backed context
– A proactive mindset and strong interpersonal skills across time zones
