ePeople is partnering with a respected London practice to hire an Audit Manager. You will lead a portfolio of audits across diverse sectors, own client relationships, and drive delivery quality while developing a high -performing team. This is a growth role with a clear path to Senior Manager for someone who enjoys combining technical rigour with commercial impact. Key Responsibilities Own the end -to -end delivery of statutory audits under UK GAAP and ISAs, from planning and risk assessment through to completion and reporting. Manage multiple engagements simultaneously, overseeing budgets, WIP, resourcing, and timelines to keep projects on track. Review working papers, challenge assumptions, and ensure files meet internal quality standards and regulatory requirements. Prepare or review statutory accounts under FRS 102; support group audits, consolidations, and component reporting; exposure to IFRS is welcomed. Present findings to finance leadership and boards, producing clear management letters and practical recommendations. Coach and supervise seniors and trainees, providing on -the -job feedback, formal reviews, and skills development. Build strong client relationships, spotting opportunities for improvement and collaborating with other service lines where appropriate. Contribute to proposals and tenders, bringing a solutions mindset to win and retain work. Uphold audit quality, independence, and risk management procedures always.RequirementsACA or ACCA qualified with post -qualification experience in external audit at Assistant Manager or Manager level.Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP, ISAs, and FRS 102; familiarity with IFRS and group audits is advantageous.Proven track record leading audits for SMEs and mid -market groups, ideally across varied sectors.Excellent project management skills with confidence in budgeting, resourcing, and billing.Clear and persuasive communicator who can engage confidently with finance teams and senior stakeholders.People leader who enjoys coaching, giving feedback, and raising the bar for quality.Proficiency with audit software and Excel; comfort with data -led testing is a plus.Eligibility to work in the UK.
