As we scale across international markets, we are looking for a dynamic and visionary Head of Marketing to lead our marketing function and take our brand presence to the next level.
Role Overview
The Head of Marketing will be responsible for shaping and executing the global marketing strategy, building a strong brand presence in the Americas and beyond, and driving measurable growth in revenue and market share. This role requires an energetic, extroverted, and passionate leader who thrives on delivering results, building high-performing teams, and positioning the company as the leading player in the RegTech industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute a world-class marketing strategy aligned with business growth objectives and expansion into global markets.
- Brand Positioning: Elevate the organization's brand identity, positioning as a trusted leader in RegTech and compliance solutions.
- Demand Generation: Develop and scale demand generation programs to drive qualified leads, pipeline growth, and revenue outcomes.
- Product Marketing: Partner with product and sales teams to craft compelling product narratives, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
- Thought Leadership: Establish the organization as a thought leader in the RegTech space through events, content, PR, and industry partnerships.
- Team Leadership: Build, inspire, and mentor a high-performing marketing team with a focus on creativity, accountability, and measurable success.
- Data-Driven Marketing: Leverage analytics and KPIs to continuously optimize marketing performance and ROI.
- Global Collaboration: Work closely with regional leaders to ensure consistent brand messaging and market resonance across geographies.
Key Requirements
- Proven Experience: 12+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior/executive role.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in RegTech, FinTech, SaaS, cybersecurity, or compliance technology industries preferred (not mandatory).
- IDV Expertise: Direct experience with Identity Verification (IDV) solutions, products, or marketing in the digital identity/RegTech space is a must.
- Track Record of Success: Demonstrated results in building brands, scaling demand generation, and delivering measurable growth at prior companies.
- Leadership: Strong people leadership skills with a history of building and mentoring successful teams.
- Energetic & Extroverted: A dynamic and passionate personality that thrives in public speaking, networking, and industry representation.
- Americas Experience: Based in or with extensive experience working in the Americas region.
- Analytical & Creative: Balance of creativity with data-driven decision-making.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
