You'll be someone who can bring:
- 4+ years of experience as a recruiter, with a solid background in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven expertise in managing end-to-end recruitment processes for diverse roles.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise hiring managers.
- Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and candidate presentation skills.
- Knowledge of recruiting tools, ATS platforms, and social media sourcing strategies.

- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both spoken and written.
