SaaS Senior Sales Manager for DACH market
. The company provides software and solutions for enterprise mobility, security, analytics, and mobile sales and training enabling its customers in government, financial services, retail and other industries to drive business in a hyper-connected economy by helping them increase productivity, safeguard assets, and make smarter decisions.
[Purpose of the Job]
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven SaaS Account Sales Executive to join a dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building pipeline, orchestrating the entire sales cycle, closing deals, and growing revenue with both new and existing clients. By effectively nurturing relationships, qualifying leads, and closing deals, you will drive its organization forward and establishing the company's SaaS Procurement and Sourcing Solution as the leading procurement solution for direct procurements.
[Key Responsibilities]
(1) Drive full-cycle sales from prospecting to closing deals within the SaaS space
(2) Identify and develop new business opportunities
(3) Conduct product demos and presentations tailored to client needs
(4) Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
(5) Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas
(6) Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and documentation using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
(7) Collaborate with customer success, product, and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
(8) Stay current on industry trends, product updates, and competitive landscape
[Key Liaisons]
As a (Senior) Account Executive, you'll be engaging with multiple stakeholders across various departments and levels identifying pain points to develop comprehensive account development plans.
(1) By establishing yourself as a trusted advisor and providing proactive thought leadership you are bridging client vision and our solution's capabilities
(2) You will lead consultative engagements, define value-based use cases, and showcase how the company's SaaS Procurement and Sourcing Solution redefines procurement`s role in orchestrating direct procurement processes from early in the product lifecycle.
[Requirements]
(1) Minimum 5 years' experience in selling complex SaaS solutions to enterprise clients from prospecting to close
(2) Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
(3) Strong understanding of SaaS business models and cloud technologies
(4) Ability to manage a complex sales cycle with multiple stakeholders
(5) Proficiency in CRM tools and sales engagement platforms
(6) Self-starter with a high level of initiative and drive
(7) Ability to work in an international and multi-cultural environment
(8) Working level English/German language skills (verbal & written)
(9) Experience selling to manufacturing customers in the DACH market highly desirable
(10) Familiarity with SRM Solutions (P2P, S2C, Supplier Management) desirable
(11) Familiarity with sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger Sale) desirable

after probation
(4) Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week
(5) Basic salary: 70~90K (depending on experience)
