Siobhan Mullins' team is seeking an NQ to 3 years PQE Solicitor to run their own caseload and to assist on the full spectrum of civil actions, including assault, false imprisonment, serious injury, data protection breaches, Equality Act breaches and violations of human rights.  The team is renowned for its experience and expertise in defending civil actions against the police and is regularly instructed in high profile and significant cases. The team also represents a number of major insurers and corporate clients in catastrophic injury and large loss (CILL) claims arising from injuries at work, sexual assault, harassment and stress/bullying. Candidates with experience in defendant insurance and large loss claims will also therefore be considered.

The team offers a supportive environment and a hybrid working week with 2 days in our Manchester office and 3 days working from home.
