We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Waiters and Waitresses to join our welcoming team at Machynys Resort. In this key guest-facing role, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service, ensuring our guests feel valued and cared for throughout their dining experience.

As a valued member of our waiting team, you'll take pride in helping create memorable experiences through attentive service, a friendly approach, and a passion for food and drink.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit.
  • Take orders efficiently and accurately, offering knowledgeable recommendations on our menu and drinks.
  • Serve food and beverages with care, ensuring presentation and quality meet our high standards.
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests to exceed expectations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards in the dining area at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth service, especially during busy periods.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality environment is highly desirable.
  • A team player with a flexible, can-do attitude and naturally positive approach.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with guests and team members alike.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and a proactive mindset.
  • Professionalism and enthusiasm that reflect the quality and values of the Machynys Resort brand.
  • Fluent in English with a friendly, helpful, and confident manner.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £10.00-£12.21 per hour
