What We're Looking For:
SOTI is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a consultative approach to selling, a natural curiosity, and a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced tech environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable with outbound prospecting, cold calling, and building pipeline from scratch - someone who thrives on creating opportunities rather than waiting for them.
This is a high-impact role where your ability to build relationships, earn trust, and engage prospects through personalized multi-channel outreach will directly contribute to SOTI's growth. You'll be expected to demonstrate sharp qualification skills, consistent follow-up, effective objection handling, and smart use of AI tools and systems to scale your efforts without compromising quality.
As SOTI evolves, we're shifting from a primarily inbound model to a more proactive outbound strategy. We need SDRs who are resilient, coachable, and excellent time managers — individuals who can adapt quickly, build rapport, and drive meaningful conversations with senior decision-makers.
This role also offers exciting opportunities to travel across Europe to support SOTI's Lead Generation Programs at major technology conferences and industry events.

What You'll Do
Drive outbound lead generation through personalized multi-channel outreach - including cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn messaging — targeting senior decision-makers in enterprise organizations.
Reconnect with older leads and stalled opportunities to re-engage interest and build a stronger pipeline.
Qualify prospects effectively through sharp questioning, active listening, and understanding of business needs.
Handle objections confidently and professionally, maintaining momentum in the sales process.
Use AI tools and sales systems smartly to scale pipeline generation without sacrificing quality.
Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the funnel.
Convert inbound leads (e.g., trials, webinars) into qualified sales opportunities for the sales team.
Manage all lead interactions and activities in Salesforce, ensuring accurate documentation and tracking.
Clearly articulate the value and capabilities of the SOTI ONE Platform via phone, email, and social channels.
Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities.
Meet or exceed quarterly KPIs related to outreach, lead qualification, and appointment setting.
Experience You'll Bring
1 to 2 years of experience in outbound sales, cold calling, lead generation, or a similar customer-facing role.
Proven ability to build trust and relationships with prospects through thoughtful communication and follow-up.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; confident engaging with managers, executives, and stakeholders.
Highly coachable, resilient, and adaptable — able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Familiarity with mobile device platforms is a strong asset.
Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce to manage leads and track outreach activities.
A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for learning and continuous improvement.
