Job Title: Timetable Coordinator

Location: York

Contract Type: Full-time – 37 hours, Permanent

Salary: £24,283 - £26,520 per annum

About Role:

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Timetable Coordinator to join our Student Records team at Askham Bryan College.

In this key role, you will manage and coordinate the college's teaching timetable for all courses, ensuring seamless alignment with course files and compliance with funding requirements. Using systems such as ProSolution and the Advanced suite, you'll collaborate closely with curriculum teams and support the Student Records team to deliver an efficient, accurate, and student-focused timetable.

If you have strong organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and experience with timetable management or MIS systems, this is an excellent opportunity to make a real impact on the student experience and college operations.

Start Date: The College operates 2 starter/induction days per month to welcome and onboard new members. These are usually the first Monday and third Wednesday of each month (unless there is a bank holiday).

Askham Bryan College is a specialist land-based college based across the North of England with centres in York, Middlesbrough, Saltaire, Wakefield and Gateshead.
