Sales Enablement Lead
to
elevate, modernise, and scale
how our sales teams operate.

This is a
brand-new, high-impact role.
A unique chance to define the strategy, lead the execution, and embed a data-driven, tech-enabled enablement function across our global sales organisation.

What you'll own:

Building and delivering enablement programs at scale

Transforming onboarding, sales playbooks, and performance coaching

Defining the enablement tech stack in partnership with Sales, Marketing, Data and Ops

Setting the cadence and discipline for how we drive SaaS sales effectiveness

Leading a talented UK + AUS team in a business ready to invest in doing this right

We're looking for someone who has:

Proven SaaS sales enablement leadership experience

A track record of driving measurable performance improvement

Experience managing global or distributed sales enablement

A data-driven mindset with a bias for action and quick wins

The ability to influence and partner across Sales, Product, Marketing and Tech
