We're looking for a Business Consultant to join our growing Leeds team. This is an entry-level position for a recent graduate or early early-career professional eager to build a long-term career in recruitment or executive search. Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the leadership team to deliver high-quality executive searches across the medical device and healthcare sectors.
  • Identify, engage, and build relationships with talented professionals across global markets.
  • Conduct market research to map key industry players and emerging technologies.
  • Support clients by managing search processes, interviews, and candidate communications.
  • Learn best-in-class recruitment and executive search practices through hands-on mentoring and structured training.
  • Contribute revenue and help meet organisational objectives.
  • Foster relationships with senior executives in global markets, particularly the US.
