Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Marketing Manager based in Oxford, with the flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement. Duties include overseeing digital marketing campaigns, managing social media channels, analyzing marketing performance metrics, coordinating with the creative team on branding initiatives, and ensuring alignment with the company's vision and goals. The role requires strong leadership and decision-making skills to manage projects and liaise with stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, and SEO
  • Proficiency in Branding and Content Marketing strategies
  • Experience in Campaign Management, analyzing performance metrics, and creating actionable marketing reports
  • Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
  • Creativity and innovation in implementing marketing strategies
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Previous experience in digital agencies or relevant industries is a plus
  • Ability to adapt to a hybrid working environment
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
