We're looking for a
Senior Customer Value Manager
to join our Unsecured Lending team at Tesco Bank, part of Barclays Bank UK Plc.
This role reports to our Head of Customer Acquisition supporting the acquisition of Credit Card & Personal Loans customers to support the growth of our business and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
You'll be working as the leader of a Commercial team, working closely with colleagues in Technology and Delivery to deliver improvements within our digital and online proposition, to take our customer journeys to the next level.
What you'll be doing:
- Drive unsecured lending growth strategies across brands and channels.
- Define target markets and monitor competitor trends.
- Optimise channel performance and digital journeys.
- Deploy product and pricing strategies and deliver trading plans.
- Review P & L performance and provide acquisition insights.
- Support strategic partnerships.
We need you to have:
- Experience in unsecured lending acquisition.
- Strategic thinking and ability to deliver actionable plans.
- Expertise in channel performance and digital optimisation.
- Strong analytical and forecasting skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate insights clearly.
- A good understanding of Credit Risk and Fraud strategy decisioning
Even better if you have:
- Experience of strategic partnerships with Price Comparison Websites
- Familiarity with digital monitoring tools and customer journey analytics.
- Market scanning and competitor analysis experience.
- Change delivery experience for technical/digital enhancements.
