As we continue to grow, we're looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join our team and help keep our operations running smoothly.

The Role

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring our warehouse and delivery operations are efficient, safe, and customer-focused. You'll work closely with both the sales and delivery teams to make sure every customer receives the best possible experience – from order to delivery.

This is a hands-on, physical role that requires strong organisational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to manage time and priorities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all incoming and outgoing deliveries across our warehouse and store network
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock lists and inventory records
  • Work with the sales and delivery teams to coordinate smooth customer deliveries
  • Assist with product movement between warehouse sites
  • Develop a strong product knowledge to support team operations and customer service
  • Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed at all times
  • Participate in delivery runs, assisting with installations and deliveries to customers' homes
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organised warehouse environments
  • Uphold the high standards our customers expect from The M6 Bed Warehouse
  • Lead by example as a motivated, reliable, and positive team member

About You

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has warehouse or logistics supervisory/management experience
  • Is physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
  • Is self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Has excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Enjoys working as part of a friendly, close-knit team
  • Has a customer-first mindset and takes pride in doing things the right way
  • Holds a full UK driving license (essential for deliveries)

Location

Based at our main warehouse and store in Radway Green, Alsager, with travel between nearby sites as required.
