We are looking for an ambitious individual to join our team as a Personal Estate Agent covering their own 'patch' in York.

You may or may not have experience in an Estate Agency role however, we are looking for naturally driven, energetic and outgoing personalities who love dealing with clients both over the phone and face to face.

EweMove is an established brand in York and the surrounding area with a clear vision to grow market share.

Responsibilities:

  • Guiding clients personally from valuation to completion.
  • Generate new and repeat business opportunities whilst maintaining client relationships.
  • Adopt a positive and motivational approach to maintaining a culture of professional behaviour and customer care.
  • Be willing to "roll your sleeves up" to get the results required.
  • Arrange and attend viewings, providing an informative service to all customers.
  • Manage the sale process to successful completion.

Key requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator, Estate Agent, Senior Negotiator or Valuer would be an advantage however NOT essential.
  • The ability to work well within a team, communicate and liaise with other clearly and concisely.
  • Proven background in building long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Confident communication skills both personable and professional.
  • A desire and drive to be successful.
  • Clean driving license and own car.
  • Start date flexible but ideally within the next 60 days.
