Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our dynamic team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. You will be responsible for various tasks within the restaurant, including food preparation, customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced setting and are passionate about food and hospitality.
Duties
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards to ensure quality and consistency.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Assist in serving customers with a friendly attitude, taking orders accurately, and providing recommendations when necessary.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and support each other in daily tasks.
- Perform basic maths calculations for handling cash transactions accurately.
Experience
While previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is advantageous, it is not essential as we provide comprehensive training for all new Crew Members. Ideal candidates should possess:
- A keen interest in food preparation and culinary skills.
- Strong time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- A basic understanding of food safety practices.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
- A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
