London, Greater London, United Kingdom MANUAL Full time £90,000 - £120,000 per year

At MANUAL, data should do more than describe the past. It should shape what we do next. As Product Analytics Manager, you'll lead the function that drives product growth through insight, experimentation, and clarity on what matters most.

You'll build and scale a high-performing analytics team embedded within our product squads. This team will play a key role in influencing product direction, validating ideas, and uncovering new opportunities to grow engagement and retention.

  • Mentor and grow a high-performing product analytics team
  • Drive adoption of self-serve analytics by enabling stakeholders with clean, well-structured tooling and dashboards

What we need from you

  • 8+ years' experience in product analytics, data modelling, or a similar role
  • Strong expertise in building and maintaining robust product metrics frameworks (e.g., activation, retention, engagement, funnel analysis).
  • Proven track record of building scalable, maintainable product analytics infrastructure
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams
  • A proactive mindset and a desire to take full ownership of the data layer
  • Experience leading or mentoring other analysts is a plus
