central role in shaping the agency's design output
 across food, drink, travel, and leisure brands.

The Role.

As a Midweight Designer, you are responsible for responding to design briefs with forward-thinking ideas and high-quality, creative solutions. You will work within the design team, crafting creative solutions across branding, advertising campaigns, website design, and digital experiences.

Key Leadership & Execution Areas:

Creative Excellence & Innovation

  • Develop inspiring design ideas and execute them across a range of online and offline applications, ensuring high-quality, impactful creative solutions.
  • Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, incorporating them into creative processes and advocating for new approaches.

Client & Project Leadership

  • Lead client-facing presentations, articulate design rationale confidently, and build strong relationships through proactive communication.
  • Successfully manage multiple design projects simultaneously, maintaining quality and attention to detail while responding productively to changing deadlines.

Collaboration & Integration

  • Work effectively within the design team and across departments, responding to feedback productively and iterating designs based on evolving project needs.

Who You Are:

Required:

  • A 
    strong portfolio
     that showcases a diverse range of work across 
    both branding and digital design.
  • A strong understanding of 
    typography, colour, iconography, and art direction
    —bringing these together into brand identities and digital experiences.
  • High level of skill in core design programs (
    Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
    ).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both clients and team members.
  • Versatile in your creative approach, constantly exploring new ideas and striving to create unique and memorable experiences.

Preferred (Great to have):

  • After Effects and 
    motion design skills are a bonus
    .
  • Familiarity with or a demonstrated interest in using 
    AI tools
     within the design process (including prompt development and visual exploration).
