We're looking for a dedicated Caretaker to join our High-Rise Team, providing a first-class caretaking and cleaning service for residents. As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you'll take personal responsibility for maintaining high standards on your allocated block, ensuring communal areas are clean, safe, and well cared for.

The role – what you'll be doing:

  • You'll ensure the delivery a high quality daily caretaking service to the internal and external communal areas of high rise buildings.
  • You'll undertake and complete daily block inspection and report repairs, identified hazards as necessary.
  • Using our inhouse application on your mobile to record our daily tasks and health & safety checks.
  • Escalating urgent issues such as gas, electricity, or tenant welfare concerns to the Caretaking & Cleaning Manager.

What we're looking for:

  • We are looking for someone who has knowledge and experience of cleaning and caretaking techniques, and someone who is passionate and has experience of delivering an outstanding level of service
  • This role would be suitable for someone who is self-motivated, comfortable working independently, and confident engaging with residents.
