The Role:

As a Principal Network Architect, you'll be the technical authority across TIEVA's Secure Networks Practice, bridging architecture, delivery excellence, and service innovation. You'll define how Fortinet-based solutions are designed, built, and integrated across hybrid and cloud environments, ensuring every project runs right-first-time and exceeds customer expectations.

What you'll do:

• Lead complex architecture: Design and oversee Fortinet SD-WAN, SASE, and Secure Network implementations for enterprise customers.

• Guide the team: Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineers, ensuring accuracy, quality, and consistency in every deployment.

• Define the standards: Develop best-practice templates, repeatable architectures, and delivery frameworks to drive service maturity.

• Productise innovation: Collaborate with the Practice Lead on productising Secure Network services and evolving Tieva's SD-WAN and SASE portfolio.

• Champion Secure Networking & AI: Stay ahead of the curve on emerging architectures, automation, and AI-driven operations.

• Drive quality: Act as final escalation for design and delivery challenges, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

• Collaborate across teams: Work with Microsoft specialists and cloud architects to deliver integrated hybrid and multi-cloud solutions.

• Represent Tieva: Act as a trusted advisor and technical evangelist in customer workshops, presentations, and industry forums.

The Candidate:

You're an experienced and delivery-focused network architect with deep Fortinet expertise and a passion for raising the technical bar. You thrive on complex challenges, guiding others, and bringing structure and clarity to multi-layered solutions.

What you'll bring:

• Expert knowledge of Fortinet technologies (FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, FortiSASE).

• Fortinet Certified Professional (FCP) or working towards FCSS in Secure SD-WAN and SASE.

• Strong understanding of Zero Trust, SASE, and SecOps principles.

• Proven experience leading technical delivery and mentoring engineering teams.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, M365, and hybrid cloud networking.

• Excellent communication skills — able to engage both technical and executive audiences.

• Curiosity and innovation — a passion for automation, AI, and continual improvement.
