Part Time Care Assistant - Home Care

Job Description

With Home Instead you can really put your heart into everything you do.

We have a range of day, evening and night shifts, week days and weekends.

You will need to be a driver with your own car to do this role, you will visit various clients - but don't worry we will reimburse your fuel and pay your mileage. 

Qualifications

What's on offer

  • 34p mileage
  • £13 – 14.15 per hour (double pay over bank holidays)
  • Out of hours number so you can get support any time of the day
  • A friendly and supportive team
  • Care Certifications and ongoing training

We're looking for

  • A genuine, kind and compassionate people person
  • Someone who enjoys building and maintaining relationships with people
  • An adaptable, flexible and professional approach
  • Empathy and consideration
  • An ability to follow simple instructions
  • A driving licence and access to your own vehicle, for most roles
  • Authorisation to live and work in the UK

We require Care Assistants to cover:

  • Bromley
  • Orpington
  • Petts Wood
  • Chislehurst
  • West Wickham 
  • Beckenham

Of course, your milage will be covered between client visits
