The role offers a salary range of £33,700 to £35,000 for a 48-hour working week, focusing on precise, independent execution of assigned kitchen sections.

  • Core Responsibilities
  • Production: Produce high-end dishes to exact specifications, ensuring flawless consistency, flavour balance, and visual presentation aligned with luxury private aviation standards.
  • Section Management: Execute assigned sections independently, maintaining outstanding organisation, cleanliness, and efficiency throughout each service period.
  • Mise en Place: Prepare mise en place with precision, ensuring all components meet the required quality and are presented to the highest standard for packaging and dispatch.
  • Compliance & Logistics
  • Food Safety: Maintain strict compliance with food safety, handling, and hygiene regulations, ensuring all dishes are stored, labelled, and handled according to international aviation and HACCP standards.
  • Stock Control: Monitor stock levels for your section, reporting shortages, assisting with stock rotation, and ensuring all ingredients meet premium quality expectations.
  • Packaging: Ensure dishes meet the rigorous standards for quality, presentation, and safety required for successful dispatch and transit in private aviation.
