Responsibilities

  • Safely operate Mini buses along assigned routes, adhering to schedules and traffic regulations
  • Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with maintenance standards
  • Assist passengers with boarding and alighting, providing excellent customer service
  • Maintain clear communication with dispatchers regarding route progress or any issues encountered
  • Perform routine maintenance checks and report any mechanical concerns promptly
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the bus interior and exterior at the start and end of shifts
  • Follow all safety protocols, including emergency procedures and driving regulations
  • Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, and passenger counts as required

Experience

  • Valid Full UK PSV licence with a clean driving record
  • Strong driving skills with a focus on safety and efficiency
  • Excellent communication skills in English, capable of interacting professionally with passengers and team members
  • Prior experience working in roles requiring good organisational skills and punctuality
  • Must have a valid DBS check
  • Must have a valid drivers CPC card
