The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Product Owner from a technical product delivery background to join our expert team on a full-time, permanent basis.

You'll be playing an absolutely critical role within our organisation, ensuring that our products meet the needs of the people they are designed to help. Be it a patient, clinician or entire organisation, you will ensure that our healthcare solutions are the best they can possibly be and enable more people to be supported by them.

What You'll Do

As a Product Owner, you will guide the vision and direction of one of our core products, playing a key role in development enhancements which deliver value to our customers and the healthcare organisations we support.

You'll act as the voice of the user, translating needs and insights into meaningful improvements that strengthen the usability, performance and relevance of the software solution.

Specifically, you will:

  • Manage delivery of the product roadmap

  • Lead the design, development and delivery of your product

  • Manage product feature requests and backlogs

  • Use AI tools to improve productivity

About You

To be considered as a Product Owner, you will need:

  • Experience in a technical or product delivery role

  • Project management experience and/or qualifications

  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills with stakeholders at all levels

  • Strong research skills to identify opportunities and uncover insights

  • The ability to produce clear and accurate documentation, data and analyses

You will need excellent analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities, as well as the ability to quickly adapt to changing requirements and innovations.

This is a hybrid role, with the expectation to be in the office at least two days per week.
