Job Description

Hours of Work: Monday – Friday 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. 
List of tasks
1. Making booking arrangements with hauliers/shippers/freight forwarders
2. Raising haulage/freight purchase orders in SAP and filling in relevant confirmatory paperwork as required
3. Monitoring deliveries/collections against schedule and liaising with the above parties
4. Communicating any issues arising against schedule with the relevant parties
5. Producing weight tickets and corresponding reports
6. Email correspondence as needed
7. Assist the export team as required for updating schedule, creating orders in sap, creating spreadsheet, raising annex vii
8. Filing the relevant paperwork and completing spreadsheets
9. weighbridge duties
10. Answering incoming telephone calls and routing through to intended recipient
