Role Description

This is a full-time/Part-Time, on-site role for a Door Supervisor based in London. The Door Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of clients and their properties, conducting security checks, monitoring access points, and dealing with any incidents or emergencies. The role also includes providing excellent customer service, maintaining a visible presence to deter potential issues, and professionally handling any conflicts or disturbances. The Door Supervisor will work closely with the security team and management to ensure a safe environment is maintained at all times.

Qualifications

  • Excellent situational awareness and observational skills
  • Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Valid SIA Door Supervisor license
  • Previous experience in security or a related field is beneficial
  • First Aid certification is a plus
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
