We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. The successful candidates will be the welcoming face of our establishment, providing exceptional service to our guests. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about catering, serving, and creating memorable dining experiences. Prior experience in hospitality or food service is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided. All roles are paid positions, including internships.

Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and ensure a friendly, welcoming atmosphere
  • Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages efficiently
  • Assist with food preparation and presentation when required
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards and hygiene regulations
  • Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
  • Support baristas with beverage preparation during busy periods
  • Assist in setting up tables, clearing dishes, and resetting the dining area for new guests
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service throughout shifts

Experience

  • Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality roles is desirable but not mandatory
  • Knowledge of food safety standards is a plus
  • Experience in restaurant environments or barista work will be considered an advantage
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanour are essential
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service times
  • A genuine interest in delivering excellent customer service and creating positive guest experiences

This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills within the hospitality industry while providing outstanding service to our guests.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.21-£12.50 per hour
