Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Chef de Partie to join our dynamic culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to high standards, ensuring consistency and quality in every plate served. Responsibilities

  • Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to recipes and presentation standards
  • Cook food items efficiently and accurately, maintaining consistency across all dishes
  • Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are strictly adhered to at all times
  • Assist in organising the kitchen, including stock rotation and cleanliness of workstations
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service
  • Follow portion control guidelines and minimise waste in food preparation
  • Support the team during busy periods, maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanour

Requirements

  • Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or catering environment
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen hygiene
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Previous experience in meal preparation, culinary techniques, and serving is desirable
  • A passion for food, creativity, and continuous learning in the culinary arts
  • Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and evenings as required
