Introduction
The Associate Business Systems Analyst plays a key role in optimizing and improving the tools that power our business operations, including Salesforce (SFDC), Marketo, NetSuite, and Gainsight. This role is responsible for analyzing user needs, gathering feedback, identifying and troubleshooting system issues, and prioritizing new feature requests. Partnering closely with IT and cross-functional teams, the Associate Business Systems Analyst ensures our systems are efficient, user-friendly, and aligned with business goals.

Job Responsibilities

• Support cross-functional teams by gathering and documenting user feedback and system requirements under guidance.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for system improvements based on business needs and user input.
• Partner with IT by handing off clear business requirements; technical design, development, and implementation remain with IT.
• Participate in reviews of business systems to ensure they continue to meet user and business needs.
• Build working relationships with stakeholders to support effective communication and collaboration.
• Provide observations and input on potential system enhancements to improve user experience and efficiency.
• Track system performance and user adoption, escalating issues and suggesting areas for improvement.
• Help simplify processes and contribute to creating seamless user interactions with systems.
• Learn and experiment with AI-driven tools to enhance personal productivity and explore potential benefits for user experience.
• Stay informed about basic industry practices and emerging trends related to business systems and user experience.

Knowledge And Experience

• Understanding of business systems such as Salesforce, Marketo, NetSuite, and Gainsight.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on user-centric solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with AI technologies and their application in business systems.
• Experience working in a SaaS or technology company is a plus.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
