Key job responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic go-to-market approaches for Amazon Connect, targeting specific domains and customer segments
  • Engage with executive leadership to understand complex business challenges and propose innovative cloud solutions
  • Serve as the primary business specialist for customer services within your assigned territory
  • Craft compelling value propositions that directly address customer needs and demonstrate AWS's unique capabilities
  • Collaborate with global system integrators to deliver transformative customer projects

Basic Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Enterprise technology sales, or consulting
  • Comprehensive understanding of contact center operations, business, and technology
  • Proficiency in English communication
  • Ability to communicate effectively with C-Suite, Executive, Business, and non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated credibility as a business advisor to executive leadership
  • Experience negotiating complex customer and partner agreements
  • Proven success in matrix sales environments
  • Comprehensive knowledge of cloud technologies, including public and hybrid cloud platforms
