We're now looking for a visionary Director of Product to lead our Supply Chain vertical - and help reinvent how the world's biggest logistics players move goods across the globe.

What will you do?

Lead the most advanced AI-based supply chain platform in the market, transforming one of the world's oldest industries through innovation and Gen-AI.Set the vision and strategy - define where Windward's logistics products go next, and how we win.Lead a team of brilliant product managers and data analysts to execute bold ideas that deliver measurable business impact.Shape our Go-To-Market narrative and turn complex technology into a compelling, differentiated customer value proposition.Make things happen - move from strategy to execution in a high-velocity environment where ideas quickly become reality.Partner with R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to bring new products to market, fast. Requirements

What do you bring? 

4+ years in a senior product leadership role (Director or Head of Product) with end-to-end ownership of product strategy and GTM.Deep experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Fintech.You've built or launched products for Freight Forwarders or logistics service providers - an advantageA proven track record of crafting and executing winning product strategies.Hands-on experience with data, AI, or Gen-AI technologies.A balance of strategic vision and operational excellence - you think big and deliver fast.Get things done approach and a positive attitude High pace, high energy , strong desire to winA global mindset and readiness to travel 1–2 times per quarter.
