About the Role

As a
Senior Spa Therapist
, you'll lead by example—delivering exceptional treatments, supporting junior team members, and ensuring every guest enjoys a world-class spa experience. This is the perfect opportunity for those looking to grow their leadership skills while working in a serene and professional environment.

both full-time and part-time positions

What You'll Do

  • Perform a wide range of
    advanced beauty, holistic, and therapeutic treatments
  • Mentor and support junior therapists
  • Maintain high standards of guest care, cleanliness, and professionalism
  • Uphold Champneys' luxury service standards and brand values

What We're Looking For

  • NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy
    (or equivalent)
  • Minimum
    2 years' experience
    as a Spa or Beauty Therapist
  • Strong massage and body treatment skills
  • Confident, professional, and supportive team player
  • Flexible availability, including weekends
