As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll design and build high-quality, scalable software that keeps our products and operations running smoothly. You'll write clean, maintainable code that balances immediate needs with long-term system sustainability. Working closely with both technical and non-technical teams, you'll help shape our technical roadmap, break down silos, and ensure alignment with our architecture. You'll also mentor junior engineers, share your expertise, and introduce new technologies that help us work smarter and more effectively together.

The must haves:

• Proven experience with Azure cloud services (App Services, Functions, SQL Database), identity & access, and infrastructure as code.
• Strong software development skills across the stack using C#, ASP .NET, Blazor, API development, microservices, containers, and deployment pipelines.
• Solid understanding of secure coding practices and compliance in SaaS environments, including Azure Security Centre and Defender.
• Experience building scalable and reliable systems.
• Be a collaborative team player with experience leading code reviews and mentoring junior engineers.
• Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Product-focused mindset with an understanding of SaaS models and balancing technical debt against business value.

The nice to haves:

• Degree level of education or equivalent in a relevant subject such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, information management systems, software development or business information systems etc.
• Practical understanding of applied AI in data platforms.
